We are an established gift boutique in the heart of West Concord, MA. We love color, happiness and carry on-trend gifts from local and international makers—for everyone on your list. Our small dedicated team is fun, happy, kind and smart. We work hard and laugh often. Providing excellent customer service to our fabulous customers is our goal.

Sales Associate/Manager
The Position:
- Help customers select gifts as needed. Process sales at the register.
- Gift wrap as requested. Sign up customers for the loyalty program & update points as earned.
- Process new inventory – enter orders into the system, print stickers, check for damages and sticker items.
- Process damages.
- Process online orders. Pick and pack. Create shipping labels. Communicate w/ buyer.
- Fill Balloons – Take and fill orders on time.
- Restock store displays using daily restock list
- Presentation – help organize and dust displays daily to keep the shop looking fabulous.
You Are:
- 18+ years old, Allowed to work in US
- Available year-round 20-30 hrs/wk. At least one weekend day Q1-Q3. Possibly both weekend days during Q4.
- Experienced in retail sales with an excellent sales track record (but willing to train if you’re the best candidate)
- Excellent references
- Team player, like working with people incl your team and customers
- Play well with others —lift people up, not tear them down
- Comfortable using Apple technology (ipad, macbook air, phones)
- Able to make accurate change when customers pay w/ cash.
- Reliable, honest, positive attitude, organized, accurate, detail-oriented, active listener, adaptable
- Able to walk up and down stairs to our basement to store and collect inventory.
